Sleep-in staff will ensure that you are not alone at night. They can help with medication, toilet needs, and repositioning or re-orientation, so that you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
If you need additional support during the night, we can provide a dedicated night staff member who will remain awake and available throughout the night to attend to your needs.
one-to-one support
Support while in hospital
We provide one-to-one support workers and carers to assist you during hospital stays—whether for routine appointments, emergencies, or longer-term care. Our staff can accompany you to the hospital, ensure you have essentials like your hospital passport, and provide support in line with your care plan and funding duration.
They will communicate with hospital staff on your behalf, help you stay engaged with familiar activities like puzzles, music, or TV shows, and ensure you stay connected with family and friends through calls or video chats—so your emotional and social needs are fully supported.
