Meet the team

rudo

Rudo Chengeta

Customer Services and Business Development Lead

One of Supreme Healthcare business directors, Rudo is responsible for crafting and overseeing the implementation of the business’s core healthcare strategies. In addition, she is also the Business Development and Customer Services manager with more than 20 years working in Health and Social Care industry. 

Rudo’s passion for caring for people and making a difference in their lives has been recognised, as she was awarded the prestigious British Council Chevening Scholarship award by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). In 2020, Rudo was instrumental in leading the company to be shortlisted for Great British Care Awards as well as being recognised at the UK British Parliament Lord of Lords event for the Covid-19 Heroes award.

Justice Makore

HR and Managing Director

Managing Director Justice Makore also oversees the general management of Supreme Healthcare, and is in charge of Human Resources and general business operations. Her vast experience and expertise in HR includes training, recruitment, management and staff development.

Akeshia Lee

Akeshia Lee

Akeshia Lee's studies include social work degree, she is one of our main support workers. She has a very caring nature, and loves to help other people as much as possibly she can. She is a very resilient and respectful team member, compassionate and committed to her role. She is very influential in reviewing risk assessments and personalised support plans. Akeshia has found her job as a support worker very rewarding as it has allowed her to help individuals live independently and help them manage daily tasks on a day-to-day basis. She is aimed at promoting independence which is very important to the people we support.

Tabeth Kwaramba

Office Administrator

Our office administrator Tabeth has a degree in International Business Management, this has equipped her with effective communication skills, and organisational skills. Moreover, Tabeth values each and every staff member, and treats everyone with the upmost respect – making her a valuable asset when it comes to working across cultures and in sensitive situations.

Lovedeep

Lovedeep Kaur

HR Administrator

Currently the Human Resources Administrator here at Supreme Healthcare, Lovedeep Kaur has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Studies and an MSc in Human Resource Management. Lovedeep maintains all business and staff records, supports client registrations, and oversees the filing systems and office documentation.
